Valve Shim Software

Post by YZF1000R-SPRINT »

Hi Guys,

It's been quite a long time since I was on here :( I have a ZX12R now (still have a thunderace but it's a bit of a dog so only use it to thrash around) and only really ride that.

Anyway, I have some software that I have written that will calculate what shims you need to put into your 20 valve motor, is anyone willing to use this when you are doing your next valve clearances and giving me some feedback or even just testing it for me and giving me feedback?

Just to make things clear, It's a stand alone application that WILL NOT :-
1.] Store any data on your PC
2.] Collect any data from your PC
3.] Connect to the internet
4.] Does not need to be installed (will just run from say a thumb drive)

If you are interested I can zip it up and send it to you or I will demonstate what it does in a video say on you tube

Any takers?

Jason
