Squeaking noise

Squeaking noise

When I turn the ignition on my 1993 YZF 750 their is a strange squeaking noise..And a funny Rattle once started at about 5000 rpm

Any Idea's

check the exup valve and cables :nod:

It'll be all that autosol stuck in you exup valve :lol: :lol:
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Yes that is very good advice Jim. :nod:

After spending a full day on mine last year. I was so black my wife screamed as I entered the kitchen. When she realised it was me she told me to strip off outside. God knows what the neighbours thought. :lol: :lol:

The only thing you should hear when you switch the ignition on is the fuel pump priming (a low pitch whir).
Check the exup cables are not to tight to the exup motor, thus restricting it's movement.
