That's when you discover some small but vitally important component lodged in the corner of the box-formerly-of-bits, and you just know you're going to have to disassemble 3/4s of the bike to fit it!

One knuckle and a flat little finger when the engine slipped off the trolley jack, what an awkward cow to get in!!
