more '89 - 90 parts wanted

Post by jonny bravo »

Evening all.

Want to respray my bike, but don't want to use the original fairings as they're in good nick. Have a front end from a very nice man on here, but need the tail end

I know a lot of you have fitted R1 tails, so there must be a surplus of '89 exup rear fairings lurking in garages across the country, so provided you can still get to your shed without a boat, can you have a look?

Doesn't need to be pretty as being painted, but need both rear side panels and the tail bit. (not the seat cover - I know they're rarer than rocking horse poo)

just read my post and need to clarify, I have the 2 rear side panels, but not the infill panel at the back above the light, they will need work as all of them have some damage, but nothing that couldn't be sorted, I can get some pix to you if you want to see, but will be cheap

Gentlemen - you are both stars. Pics to aerialloop 'at' hotmail.com if you'd be so kind

(apologies for the weird layout of the email - if you post your email address online, site spiders can pick it up and you get spammed to death - just change the 'at' to @)

Hi Joe

Look perfect. How much do you want for them, and how much for the solo seat cowl too?

I don't need the infill panel, so let Hammie have it!

Just need the side panels and possibly the seat cowl
