They benefit from upgraded fork springs as will become apparent when you ride it.!

That's beautiful, but why is it stood out in the rain? Hasn't anybody got an umbrella for it? :crybaby:
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Lovely little thing. I have no idea what exactly they were playing at when they built the 600 though.

Right colour too!
Congratulations and give us a good note about how she is to ride once the weather warms please.

well i thought

Post by Lukather »

I was working on the 600 when the delivery man turned up with the baby 0w01....well and sp.. I always say i dont pull two bike apart at the same time one project at a time but i could resist getting a bit of vid and getting her started and weighing up what needs doing...

well took the tank cover off, dropped the old petrol and popped in fresh....she took quite a whilte to get going but boy what a sound didnt expect that ...throaty just let her run for 10 minutes get her warm.

Image

She's in remarkable condition - ( 3728 miles!!!!!!!!) like new well like a 3 year old bike hard to believe she 26 !!! theres a bit of surface rust but everything looks like bloody new... I thinks this is the original wheel paint as its a creamy off white, the paint work looks like its never been polished... so thats going to be looked after. The worse thing are the front forks...they are badly surface corroded. so they'll be sent of brooks in bradford to be serviced and re finished.

Image

I love the exhaust looks like its hand made aluminum perfect welding...check it out.

I'll keep you updated if enough interest
