All done bar some engine tuning and a new rear light panel (due to the one I fitted falling off on the first ride out).

I'm taking it to a dyno next Tuesday to try and sort the fuelling out, it's like a two stroke at the moment. It's coughing and farting up to a certain revs and then takes off like a bat out of hell.
What sort of back wheel power should it be showing? I have read around 120 at the wheel (145 crank) and was wondering if that is about right.
I'm not too bothered about outright power, I just want it to run right 'cos it's a pig to ride at the moment.

131 at the wheel is the stock figure. My fighter was 128 before tweaking the needle height one notch down which did sharpen it up as the guy said it would help after reading the dyno fueling chart.

I havnt taken it back as I am sure its bang on now and the needle height adjustment did make it much sharper.

I had mine on the dyno on Tuesday 124 at the rear wheel, he told me to check the float height and reset to 14 mm, if that did not sharpen it up to then drop the needles down a notch maybe even half a notch, but with setting the floats it does seem a lot better!

That's lovely and shiny, the exhaust's turned a nice shade of gold as well.

You've routed the choke cable in a very strange way, does it still operate correctly ?
