I like the CB750K series idiot/lights handle bar clamp. I've one exactly the same lying in the garage!
Did he just drill through the tope yoke and bolt the handle bar risers in? They look pretty standard, like they had on the Kawa 440 Ltd.

Dear god. Anyone who religiously cleans and polishes their bike will have nightmares looking at that poor thing. At least its gone to a good home.

Not too bad at all, I've dug some out of peoples back gardens that were completely Oxidized top to bottom, The worse they are,the more satisfaction you get at the end result.
Seriously love that exhaust though

Vagabond, I'll get some close ups this weekend but I think he did 'just' drill the top yokes

Cheers, thanks for that. I've never taken the yoke cover off, but there is a yoke on Ebay at the minute and it looks like when you unbolt the clip-ons that there is two bolt holes in the yoke. The fact that this guy put a CB750 clamp on and it's width fits exactly the width of the holes is very interesting. Wonder if the top yoke used for the FZRs is used on other retro bikes, save machine tool costs if the same tool set is used. Could be a cheap way to convert top yokes for street fighters if this is the case.
