Shocker - The old girl in bits

gettin there - wheels off and split for Enamellers rear end down and cleaned new shocker - new bearings finlter and sintered pads in post.
Bought buffer for polishing. Exhaust off for painting !

Any suggestions on whether tO spray exhaust or paint ?
Painting disc carriers ? Anyone done it ?
Anyone painted / sprayed brake calipers ?colours? can you do on bike ? ?

Isn't the exhaust chrome under the black paint?

Just resprayed my Tiger calipers after a rebuild, i used Satin black Hammerite, available in other colours.
Rutz is my friend.

I did mine off the bike, as i rebuilt them with new seals etc.

The front part of the exhaust is stainless and only the collector box cast and rusts. You could clean the main section and then just spray the cast with PJ1 or BBQ pait to tidy it up

As for the carriers, i've done my centres when the rotors were split off but have also done carriers and carefully masked off all the bobbins etc (PIA but worth the time). Sprayed mine with a rattle can
