ooh now that I like!!

Just to confirm the FZ does indeed have an Exup R radiator fitted, core height of approx 225mm

As opposed to my RU with oven shelf/wire mesh rad guard :puke: at approx 260mm high.

Evening all, not much to report, just thought I'd better check in, and update on what's been going on.

I have a doppleganger, saw this whilst out on delivery the other day, FZR600

Image

Does look good in white!

And I also turned 40 last week and recieved this as a birthday gift

Image

Will fit in well with my other two, once I have made space for it.

So that's it for now, Merry Christmas everyone and this thread will continue in the new year.

That 600 looks very well. I like the up pipe, not sure I like all the bandages though. I know it's there for a reason but it spoils the look of the bike. IMO. If my memory serves me right you were trying to achieve that on your bike?

Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year to you Ian & Lisa of course. I thought Lisa may have done the deed with the mistletoe for all exup forum members :D :D

I'm looking forward to the continuation of the project in the New year.

Nice presents by the way. Sure you've got room for them in that man cave?
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

very nice :unibrow:

mine is bandaged too, but only on the downpipes and under the engine. Looking at the exhaust routing, I'd guess bandaging it all the way was more to minimize burnt legs!

Not much to report, but thought I'd better check in.

Re-arranged the garage a bit to fit the new tool box in.

Image
Image

Slotted in nicely between the two existing boxes, just have to organize the tools now.

Image

And got this little lot to continue the project.

Image

And of course the obligatory "workshop" calendars :D

Image

So now thats all sorted out, hopefully I can spend a little time out there continuing the long winded project!! :D :D :D
