Ooo, they look cool

Here's hoping the temp gauge face goes on easier than mine did, well it went on easy, just the gauge didn't work afterwards as the needle pulled the shaft out of the coil, instead of the needle separating from the shaft itself. :crybaby:

Either way, we need pics of them illuminated :D

just got together some photos of the bike in its different stages of life

is a shame someone doesnt recognise the regie and give us some history
of it prior to me discovering it back in 2001

when i first bought it from a bike shop in bradford ( it mainly sold track bikes ) and cant remember where or what the name of the shop was :(
all i can remember was the shop/unit was in an industrial road and had a small carpark out front of the unit

Image

later the next year i gave it a makeover with a bit of paint and a tidy up and tlc

Image

then it got neglected when i moved to glasgow and the bike was kept down south, it was a sorry state when exup john bought it

rf9 rider then picked up the torch and ran with it tremendously
giving spawn to this beautifuly finished version of the old girl

Image

to which it was sold and passed about a few more owners before it
came to a sticky end and was looking worse for ware again

Image

then it fell into my hands yet again ...call it fate or what you will but it was meant to be

Image

before being reborn yet again to how it stands today

Hi Paul.

It's just a thought.....

I used to frequent POWER SPORTS MOTORCYCLES in Bradford many moons ago. Does that name ring any bells?

Here's a link to it. Powersports

If not get hold of Parappdog he lives in the Bradford area. Maybe he knows the whereabouts of the shop.

Hope this helps
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.
