My FZR 1000 RU

Post by Regan2810 »

First of all thanks to Creed and Yogh who have been helping me diagnose the issues I've been having, and for supplying the parts that I require. (See workshop board)

Now that my bikes back running as it should I thought I should post some piccies of it. :D

Feel free to comment.

Very nice that mate.
If I have to understand, don't bother to explain.

Nice, the line that the White panel at th front follows is what I wanted on mine when it was resprayed (13 years ago) as it has a slimming effect :D

Instead I ended up with the "fatter" version :crybaby:

Image.

Can't ride without mirrors though.

That looks very nice.

I like the colour scheme it goes well. :)
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Yeah looks ok, even after I scratched the top of the lower fairing when I was cleaning it :( .Regarding the mirrors I bought it with none fitted, will be buying a pair soon from wemoto or ebay, unless anyones got a spare set their willing to sell? :)

I'm also after both top fairing panels, if anyone's breaking one, these being the panels that cover the radiator cap on one side and the radiator/loom on the other?

Cheers for the comments guys.

From the look of the photo, you'll need both fairing panels, both fairing to frame air tubes and the large frame rubbers that they fit into.

I've got all the parts, PM sent.
