Nice to see my old bike like that, very nice.
Although if it were mine, i`d ditch those mirrors and put some of the original round "mickey mouse ear" ones on!

Is the motor ok now, does it run ok?

yes the motors brill
i've rebuilt it with a thunderace crank and a 1040 kit tts did the barrells
for me

got an email from Jim Moore editor of practical sportsbikes

he said WOW yes yes yes we would love to run an article

obviously traveling to scotland isnt cost efective just to review 1 bike
so i think theyre gonna see what else is in the area and review 2 or 3 at the same time

i emailed back saying wouldnt it be great if we could find a ZXR 750/900
and run them head to head in an article !

lets see what unfolds.....

in all honesty rf i owe it all to you and this site
i wouldnt even have the bike if you hadnt of pointed me in the direction
of the previous owner
and although at the start of this thread the bike looks like a beat up wreak
when i striped it to its bare bones your quality of work started to shine through

and without people like parapadog for the 750sp forks
and a long list of people that helped source parts often sending them for free
the bike just wouldnt of made it this far
yes the ow01 fairing was my brain child but WOW how keith made it
that much more

the long and short of it is thanks to everyone, and this site
