spring clean time

Post by Stig »

Being as I was sorting the wiring I thought i may as well sort the powder coated subframe that I had done a couple of years back.

Bike looks a bit sad at the moment......

Tonight I've reassembled the rear totally. Next, It'll be the swinger out, regrease the linkages and repolish the arm and bits...then its onto the front end....rebuild the forks with the Ohlins internals, polish the lower legs and then give the bike an oil change and check the exup valve's OK

Then I can go for a ride (to the bottom of the drive and back of course :D )

Cool, keep taking the pics.

I took my bike out today, I took it out of the shed, washed it, polished it and put it back again.
If I have to understand, don't bother to explain.

Ah the pleasures of biking eh!!

Stig on his driveway playing with his wire and you with the marigolds on. Doesn't sound very macho does it?
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Had a bit of spare time today so stripped the back wheel out and ordered some TLC. Reassembled with the stainless disc bolts I bought last year :retard:

...swingarm to clean up next and then start on the front end. Should be all sorted for next weekend

went to the end of the drive tonight....needed to blow off some cobwebs and get rid of the frustration of following tossers in cars all day who think its perfectly reasonable to drive at 35 in a 60 limit
