Just double check you won't get too much chain rub because of jacking the back up. In the early stages of my project I had mine jacked up and it look fantastic, problem came when I dropped the motor in and there wasn't sufficient clearance over the top of the swinger.
Something clever goes here but I can't be bothered!

Image
as you can see the tank fits [yeepee]which makes me think it will fit higher in the frame
as i`m sure its canted to far forwardbut at that this stage its easyer to sort hopefully :\ :paranoid:

from the second pic, it looks like they'll be some serious clearance issues for the chain over the swingarm pivot point.

might be just the camera angle tho'

If you adjust for someone sat on it, it looks to me like it would work.

A major amount of work you have there.
I am trying to suss out what is being used.
Exup frame
2007 R1 front end
2007 R1 exhaust
2006 R1 swinger and shock
2000 R1 engine ,carbs ,airbox

Part of the problem you will have if the exhaust is from the 07 and the swinger is from the 06 is the Y pipe goes in different places on both of these.
The 06 it goes through the swinger but on the 07 it goes up the outside of the swinger.
Both sets of exhausts are completely different for both models.
