here in denmark ,just mental roads,
no cops ,
no speed cameras,
and hardle any cars on the roads,
would put photos up but not good with computer,
one reason why i stay here
roads are in great condition,
tiny roundabouts and banked,
and massive straights,
Got a stack of good roads in North Devon, we've strung togther some good loops - so much so I was up and out at 6.30am yesterday and back home by 12.30, tank and half tank fuel used, cuppa tea and bacon sandwich on route, didnt see any cops and no cameras!!
cheers yoda,my camera was on long range ,and those are main roads in rush hour,
london has more people than denmark........
will get some country lane shots,
i think of this place uk 30 yrs ago,or say early eighties,
devon great neck of the woods, been there a few times
Got a new one for you. The coast road that runs from Port Vendres on the Med in South west France, to Llanca in Spain, then on towards Cadaques then take the right turn at the roundabout (theres only one, its in the middle of the mountains) and head towards Roses. It's awesome! Two up, loaded up like a Moroccan donkey on the 'Ace scraping me pegs. Then we did it again without the wives and luggage and got no where near. But went much quicker. That road is stunning, it keeps winding down to the sea where there are gorgeous little 100 metre towns in tiny coves with cafes and bars all along the front. Then climbs up into mountains where better riders could easily wear out a pair of sliders in a couple of passes. Have a look on Google Maps, i'm going back next year with all the lads.
