sorry to come here and hijack this tread. but stig is there any chance the plastic bit/housing is ok to use as i today found mine to be cracked, fuel pissing all over the bike, only noticed it since i was balancing the carbs,

the paint on my bike is from a wolksvagen, paint code is if any one might get fancy on it is: LP5U.

the best part is that you can see something behind you with them on. the guy i bought the bike from did a little scratch on the tarmak on a wet roat hnce the mirrors and the paintjob after his little slide.

but don't tell em it arse mirrors.
