Exup 1000

After much heating and persuasion I have managed to get the end cover off my exup.the silver cover had come off fairly easily and revealed a missing cable pulley.ahh that's why it isn't working but while I'm here I'll pull out and service the valve.45 minutes later the end cover was off...to reveal ...

Hi all,has anyone fitted a black widow exhaust? My thunderace has a severely seized exup valve and I'm thinking it may be easier to replace the whole exhaust.
Any opinions?
