If you had a running problem before and it has stood for 2 years then I suspect that you will have to bite the bullet and take the carbs off. If you can get it running as is then go for it, miracles have been known to happen, if nothing else it will heat the rubbers slightly which will make it easie...

Hi all. I was stripping down an exup swingarm today and the bottom bolt that holds the black plastic chain guide on was just turning, along with the M6 rivnut that sits in the swingarm. So I cut it off and removed the loose rivnut and now I have a hole. My question is... What is the best type of rep...
