Ok Stig will do. Thought the servo only went anticlockwise from the self centralised position! Will give it a go though. Thanks for the info.

Thanks Nuggit. I only have a heat gun and suspect it wont get any where near the heat of a torch. I might take it to my local performance shop they will definitely have a torch. Stig I tried turing the servo away from the self centralised position, as you suggested, and the servo automatically moved...

I agree. I hope the cover bolts come out easily on the exhaust. I'll let the WD40 soak in for a while before I atttempt to undo them.

EXUP Valve

Thanks Stig. I'll use the cables ends at the servco to move the valve. If it moves then I wont have to take the cover off at the exhaust. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks.

Thanks for the info and advice. I will unbolt the servo and remove the cables. I presume I should be able to operate the flap in the exhaust using the free ends of the now disconnected cables? I will then try Stig's method of turning the servo with the ignition off then turn it back on to see if the...
