fair play a nice piece of work cos its an arse to bleed up the brakes on an ace let alone replace all the hoses!! Is it standard to have reflectors on the forks in the US then??

Plastic, just bought a replacement lower fairing panel and want to turn if from red to black, what did you use to prime the er plastic and paint it?
any product names to go for?

have tweaked the further for more bite too, just about to try them on my bike and then will be pushing them forwards for a production run....should be good with the bite of sintered but none of the glazing after a few hundred miles.

got the indicators from busters and they were here the next day and so easy to fit, ony cost a tenner. Fitting them was a bit crude but worked, took off rear fairing half heated steel pipe with blow lamp cut hole in fairing filed down and fitted indicator. Simple if brutal. Did lots of measuring fir...

you thought of trimming the tail and inserting indicators in the rear fairing? does look quite neat when you do it. Chopped almost all the plastic out leaving only the hidden section and enough to hold a the number plate. Theres tidy!!

I was working at the bike show and accidentally got chatting to the guy on the pro-bolt stand so got all the fairing bolts in gold, look nice with the EBC contoured discs with the gold centres and iridium screen. Anything more would just be garish, but have considered a gold chain.....
