Just an update on the clutch. After a lot more googling decide to file all the dents of the clutch boss and basket which were quite deep, tended to be deeper on one side of the finger than the other. Cheers guys, aye the rad is well fooked was thinking of buying one of the chinese made rads of ebay either an r1 or an fz1 but not sure what there like , very cheap tho 80 odd quid for an r1 rad, looking at secondhand ones aswell. Lower engine mount

Hi guys, stupid question time, putting the engine back in the frame and the lower bolt is protruding to far for the nut to tighten like so.
