Exup 1000

Hi just wondering , is there any tell tale signs when this needs to be done ? What is the recommended milage to get it done etc ? Is it a costly job to get done ? Cheers for any info

Thanks stig 👍 , is the 1 less tooth on the front sprocket noticeable compared to the 17 teeth ? That sounds good as I don't ride into the 120+ mph very often anymore !! Hi I need to get chain & sprockets soon , what is the best out there for the old 92 exup 1000 ? What number of teeth do you use up front & back ? Also what chain is the best ?

I had one of those sp's back 20 years ago , great memories, my first big bike so to speak after comming from Rg 250 Walter wolf , I can't rem too speed but I think it was around the 130 mph mark

Hi just wondering are these still available as a part , the black rubbers on the end of the mirrors covering the bolts that attach the mirrors to the fairing, mine are getting a bit shabby , cheers

Nice bike , I had an 87 one of these back in 1992, great bike , was my first feel of a big bike moving up from a Rg 250

They could have done a better job on the write up on the exup 1000 , very basic stuff I thought
