I’ve been happy on Conti road attacks 1&2’s for years on other bikes. Back in the day I found the Pirelli Dragon Corsa’s we’re the go to tyres for the Exup (the 90’s lol!) what are you guys using now? I need a pair- not too sticky or radical and not too costly? |

Michelin pilots seem to be the popular choice, for the Thunderace.
not particularly cheap, but i really dont think, you should skimp on tyres, for a high performance machine. _________________ 1996 thunderace |

I'm into Bridgestone's S21s. I've just had a new Bridgestone rear tyre fitted last Saturday. The old tyre did over 7,000 mile. The rear tyre cost me £140 which includes fitting to a loose wheel and balancing etc.

I’ve always ran Pirelli on the EXUP
Give good feedback and confident grip
Wouldn’t say they’re cheap or last particularly long but that’s not a factor in my situation _________________ AKA Bald headed b'stard |

for spirited riding the Bridgestones are very good but don't last very long, 1200 miles for the rear on the exup, for all round riding I find the michelin pilot roads are great and give great mileage, but you have to be sympathetic |

1200 miles for a rear tyre is shocking. _________________ 1996 thunderace |

I’d be more than happy at 1200 miles in fact I’d consider I’d done well 👍 _________________ AKA Bald headed b'stard |

do you sit in car parks doing burn outs or something?
the Pilot on my Ace still has loads of tread on it after 1000 miles. _________________ 1996 thunderace |
