So, having found that my arthritis won't even let me push my EXUP into my van, let alone do trackdays on it I think I'm going to have to let it go. I would want to keep the wheels & discs, rear caliper and bracketery, front master cylinder, front mudguard and steering damper, but here is the spec of the rest: -

Pete Beale head,
Slotted cam sprockets,
Carillo rods,
Chamfered clutch basket (to clear big end bolts),
38mm CV carbs (possibly with Dynojet kit),
Peter Gibson 4-2-1 stainless exhaust with tapered headers,
Ohlins shock,
RU forks, apparently with Ohlins internals (new oil and seals),
Harrison Billet 6-pot calipers (one new piston and three seals fitted, with lots of new spares which weren't cheap),
Fibreglass EXUP fairing with GSXR headlights and bespoke aluminium clock bracket and genuine screen,
Tank derusted and treated with Rostio anti-rust coating, new fuel tap,
Fibreglass OW01 seat on a lovely bespoke subframe,
Rearsets of unknown origin.

Spares that would come with the bike: -
Fibreglass race fairing,
Fibreglass seat unit to fit over a standard seat,
Used water pump,
Brand new complete set of genuine waterpump seals and bearing in bags,
Spare alternator and starter motor (unknown if they’re operational),
Spare used clutch basket, chamfered to clear the no.4 big end bolt,
Spare complete 5-speed gear clusters,
New genuine front spocket and clutch tab washers,
Odd spare levers and footpegs,
Other bits I forgot that I have!

Ideally I'd rather it all went together, but I may break it if there's enough interest. I would be looking at somewhere around £2950 for the lot.
