Found the problem it was the tiny filter that sits in the tee peace of the carb where the main pipe connects, it was blocked to buggery
But as always thanks for the replys, I now have a new pipe new ... |

I bought a rebuild kit from Ebay for about £15, all fitted and working perfect now, as a plus I now have a manual tap and inline filter fitted. |

The diaphragm was knackered and wouldn't flow any fuel, so I took the diaphragm out and bodged it so that it flowed freely, then fitted a tap exactly like the one pictured.
I've ordered a rebuild kit ... |

I finally got around to checking the carbs today, the needle valve had a bit of muck in it, stopping it from working properly, all sorted now. |

The Thunderace shares essentially the same frame, so would think the swing arm will bolts straight in. |

I haven't had time to do much with this problem recently, I done a compression test yesterday the results are;
cyl1 dry 120 / wet 235
cyl 2 dry125 / wet 225
cyl3 dry 125 / wet 210
cyl4 dry 130/ ... |

After struggling with a grabby clutch for the last 6yrs I’ve finally replaced it with a new EBC street clutch kit.
It’s made a massive difference and I now have a perfect clutch, I should have done ... |
